REGISTRATION FORM

 

TUITION PAYMENT

The following fees are in effect throughout the current Institute Year. Please make a single payment in full for tuition and enrollment before or on the start date of semester:

Enrollment Fee (Non refundable) – $25.00
Correspondence Course Fee – $500.00

TOTAL FEES: $525.00

ENROLLMENT PLAN

For those students that are not able to pay their fee in full, we have a payment plan available.

  • A one-time enrollment fee of $25.00, plus $250.00 of the correspondence course paid, prior to receiving your course materials.

  • The final payment of $250.00 must be paid within 30 days after the materials are given, and prior to completion of course and receiving course credits.

A student choosing the payment plan as stated will be required to sign the Tuition Payment Plan Agreement form below and submit it along with their first payment.
