ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Complete the fee requirements.

ENROLLMENT AND RELATED FEES

The following fees are in effect throughout the current Institute Year.

Enrollment Fee (Non refund-able)………………………………………..$25.00

ENROLLMENT PLAN

For those students that are not able to pay their fee in full, we have a payment plan available:

  •  A one-time enrollment fee of $25.00, plus $75.00 of the correspondence course paid, prior to receiving your course materials. 

  •  The final payment of $75.00 must be paid 30 days after the materials are given, and prior to completion of course and receiving course credits. A student choosing the payment plan as stated will be required to sign a Tuition Payment Plan Agreement form and submit it with their first payment. 

 

COURSE REFUND POLICY

RSOM assumes certain financial obligations based on student enrollment. Expenses continue for RSOM even though the student should discontinue class, therefore correspondence tuition fees that are required are nonrefundable

 

CURRICULUM

RSOM reserves the right to modify the curriculum for any reason. The courses listed in this catalog are either under development or are ready. All courses are taught from a biblical foundation, therefore, all courses are considered a part of the religious instruction of this University.  

 

GRADING SYSTEM 

A = 4.0 Excellent
B = 3.0 Superior
C = 2.0 Average
D = 1.0 Inferior
I = Incomplete  

 

CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPT 

A Certificate of Credit for completing the correspondence course with a C average or above will be given to the student who is enrolled in RSOM.

TIME LIMITS, EXTENSIONS AND FEES

Timely completion of course work is essential to the success of correspondence students.  Failure to make consistent progress defeats the purpose of correspondence education and raises the cost for the student and operational cost for RSOM. For these reasons, the following policies must be carefully followed.

Course Reactivation and payment of a $65.00 reactivation fee.  

Failure to complete the course in the four (4) month period will result in a grade of incomplete being assigned for the course.The grade of incomplete can be erased if the student enrolls for the course again, pays the full correspondence tuition, and completes the course within the time limits with a passing grade.
